4.2 We implement safety measures, including employee education and security protocols in systems, operations, and facilities, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
4.3 We strive to keep personal information accurate and up to date to the greatest extent possible.
4.4 If personal information is no longer needed for its intended use, we will promptly discontinue its use or safely dispose of or delete it.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
5.1 In principle, we do not provide personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
When the customer has given consent
When it is within the scope of a previously announced purpose of sharing with third parties
When requested by public authorities based on laws or regulations
When it is necessary to prevent serious harm to life, body, or property of the customer or third parties

Other cases deemed similar to the above by the company
5.2 If we outsource business operations to third parties (hereafter, "contractors"), we may entrust personal information to them only when necessary. In such cases, we require the contractor to manage the information appropriately, just as we do.
5.3 We may provide personal information, in whole or in part, to data processing companies for analyzing customer transaction histories. The purpose is to provide or propose more appropriate and timely products and services.
We sign written contracts with such companies regarding personal information handling.
We use electronic media (such as MO, CD) to provide the information, and ensure appropriate security measures so third parties cannot easily access the data.
5.4 If you request us not to provide your information to third parties, we will immediately stop and retrieve any such provided data.
6. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, and Complaints Regarding Personal Information
6.1 We sincerely respond to requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information, as well as complaints.
6.1.1 Upon request from the customer or their authorized representative (hereafter, "the requester"), we will disclose the retained personal information.
Disclosure Procedure:
First, contact the “Customer Personal Information Inquiry Desk” by phone.
Requests must be submitted by mail in writing.
Include a copy of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, or resident certificate).
A fee equivalent to the actual cost may be charged.
Responses will be sent within approximately 10 business days by mail.
If errors are found, corrections (including deletions) will be made accordingly. Any fees collected for erroneous disclosures will be refunded.
If we are unable to disclose information due to unavoidable circumstances, we will inform you of the reason.
6.2 Regardless of the above, we will not disclose part or all of the personal information in the following cases:
When disclosure could cause significant harm to the life, body, or property of the customer or a third party
When disclosure would significantly hinder our business operations
